From the following equation, please explain what are the parameters ( $\sigma$ and $\mu$ ) of the Gaussian equation?

$ g(x) = \frac{1}{\sigma\sqrt{2\pi}} e^{ -\frac{1}{2}\left(\frac{x-\mu}{\sigma}\right)^2 }$

$\sigma$ is the standard deviation
$\mu$ is the mean

σ is the standard deviation
